Profile - Glen Meyrick

As a keen sportsman, Glen knows the importance of hard work and dedication; qualities that have assisted him with achieving great distributor outcomes with Weldwell for the past seven years.

In a past life Glen was in the fitness industry motivating people to lead healthier lives. The passion, skill and professionalism he once used to help get others in shape, now inspires his work with distributors and customers, big and small to realise their business goals.

In his role as Regional Sales Manager for the South Island Glen’s technical aptitude and natural teaching ability has led him to deliver theory and practical training for many of his distributors and end users. From equipment training through to electrodes, Glen knows his stuff and enjoys passing on his knowledge to others.

Fitness fanatic Glen says the best part of his role is the thrill of the chase. ‘I enjoy working with new customers and unlocking the potential of their business through the diversity of products that Weldwell can offer them’. Variety is the spice of life when it comes to the Weldwell catalogue, the expansive selection of machines, consumables and accessories means that Glen can offer South Island customers a solution for a variety of circumstances.

The man never stops, Glen continues to invest time in personal development to further assist his distributors and spends his ‘down time’ swimming and biking through New Zealand’s South Island.
