Low-Hydrogen Controlled Electrodes Range

The Weldwell PH16TC low hydrogen stick electrode is the number one selling welding electrode in New Zealand. Manufactured with a unique twin coating extrusion process the Weldwell PH16TC stick electrode delivers exceptional arc stability and control and is smooth running for AC or DC power sources. Ideal for stick welding carbon, carbon-manganese and low alloy high strength steels the Weldwell PH16TC is used in a multitude of applications.

General Purpose Electrodes

Weldwell has a reputation for delivering high quality arc welding electrodes for the industrial user. Weldwell's general purpose electrodes include the popular Weldwell PH68 and PH28. While the Weldwell PH68 is an all-positional stick welding electrode ideal for the one electrode workshop, the Weldwell PH28 is best suited to stick welding in down hand and vertical up positions. Easy to use, the Weldwell PH28 stick electrode has a medium-heavy rutile coating and yields a fairly rapidly solidifying slag. The weld appearance is very good for all positions. It is very easy to apply in the vertical up and overhead positions.
